SAFTA is not a trader. Our model moves away from a volatile market. Instead it focuses on stability. Our minimum guaranteed payment will depend on your cost structure.

Some of our clients prefer to work with us for 100% of their productions but other prefer to use SAFTA for 2-3 containers per week and play with the spot market for the other containers.
Once our agreement is in place, we guarantee a stable payment, even if the market drops below our FOB+ pricing.
On the other side, if the market rises above our FOB+ pricing, we will share the additional profit 50/50.

When we are able to sell products above the agreed FOB+ pricing, we will share the additional revenue 50/50.
SAFTA will use this additional revenue to build a buffer to guarantee minimum payments during market crashes.
